PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
If booking more than thirty (30) days in advance: A 50% deposit is required to reserve tee times and accommodations. Tee times at Big Cedar courses can be booked at the time Big Cedar accommodations are booked. Tee times can be booked thirty (30) days in advance if not staying on Big Cedar property. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival the full balance is due.
If booking thirty (30) days or less in advance: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand sometimes life happens and plans need to be changed. Great Day Golf Travel wants to be as flexible as possible when that happens. We will allow refunds consistent with the policies set by the golf courses and accommodations partners selected for your trip. Apart from any cancellation penalties imposed by the golf courses or accommodations partners, Great Day Golf Travel will allow cancellation with only a 3% administration fee per person. In the event of inclement weather, no refunds will be provided unless the golf course closes, or otherwise agrees to issue a refund. You must check in at the golf course prior to your scheduled tee time in order for refunds to be considered.
The cancellation policies of our accommodations partners are as follows:
Branson properties:
Angler’s Lodge: Cancellations, including reducing the number of nights stayed to only one (1), made less than twenty one (21) days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred percent (100%) of your deposit. You will be charged for any missed date, no-show, or early departure at the nightly rate of your original reservation.
Big Cedar: Cancellations made less than twenty one (21) days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred (100%) of your deposit. You will be charged for any missed date, no show or early departure at the nightly rate of your original reservation. A $100 fee will be charged for each room cancelled, or for changes resulting in a reduction in the number of rooms booked.
Hilton Promenade and Hilton Convention Center Hotel: Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Huff House and Cottages: Full refund if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled less than 45 days from arrival, the applicable cleaning fee will be refunded.
Branson Hills 4BR, The Club 2BR: Power/weather related cancellation: no refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages or forest fires. If cancellations are made further than 30 days prior to arrival a FULL REFUND will be given. If cancellations are made between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, a 50% REFUND will be given. There is NO REFUND if you cancel 14 days or closer to arrival date.
The Landing/Cedar Crest Lodge/Livin’ the Dream/Journey’s Remedy: Full refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Alabama Robert Trent Jones Trail:
Cancellations include canceling players from the package, a portion of the package or the entire package. If a customer requests a cancellation and is willing to accept a rain check in lieu of refund, no cancellation fee will be charged; however, refund or rain check considerations involving golf cancellations (including no shows) occurring within 24 hours to arrival are subject to the course's discretion.
Cancellations involving lodging accommodations require advance notice, vary by property and may incur a charge for one night's stay.
If a rain check is declined, then the following cancellation fees apply:
30-15 days prior to arrival a $25.00 per person fee,
14-1 days prior to arrival a $50.00 per person fee,
24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to each course's/hotel's discretion.
Three percent of any refunds will be withheld to cover Great Day Golf Travel credit card fees. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a package once any part is used.
If the course is closed due to rain the Pro Shop will issue you a rain check for the round. The rain check is good for golf, packages or merchandise for up to 1 year.
WESTIN PUNTACANA RESORT: You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 7 day[s] before arrival. Please note that we will assess a fee of one nightly rate USD if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee equals your room charge for all the nights of your reservation.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Client and members of the group are responsible for any damage done to golf course property, including golf carts, and properties rented as part of their golf package.

SERVICE ONLY; TAX ON OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
You acknowledge that Great Day Golf Travel is providing you a service and is not directly selling you any tangible goods. If Great Day Golf Travel arranges overnight accommodations for you, you acknowledge that Great Day Golf Travel is not serving as a seller or reseller of such accommodations. The provider of overnight accommodations may invoice Great Day Golf Travel for charges that include tax amounts. However, the accommodation provider alone is responsible for collecting and remitting these tax amounts to the relevant taxing authorities. Great Day Golf Travel does not function as a co-vendor with any accommodation provider. Tax rates may vary by location. Great Day Golf Travel may retain additional fees as compensation for facilitating your travel accommodations and these rates may vary based on the type of reservation that you request and the number of reservations that you need.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Submitting a payment for a golf trip, in part or in full, constitutes an understanding and acceptance of the above described Terms and Conditions.
