Bass Pro Shops Legends of Golf Gets It Right!

The Bass Pro Shops Legends of Golf at Big Cedar Lodge just wrapped up its 6th year. This year’s PGA Champions Tour event was played on the Jack Nicklaus designed par 3 Top of the Rock and the Coore & Crenshaw designed Ozarks National. From a fan’s perspective, this event is a first class operation. The parking and shuttle systems work efficiently. There are lots of cool giveaways, most notably Chick-Fil-A sandwiches! The concession prices are very reasonable. The volunteers are plentiful and very helpful. The players and celebrities are always very approachable and do a great job of engaging with the fans.

What a great way for Johnny Morris to showcase his investment in developing Branson golf into a world class golf destination. If you haven’t attended the Legends of Golf or played the Branson golf courses, make plans to get here and see what everyone is talking about! The Big Cedar Golf family also includes Buffalo Ridge Springs, Mountain Top, and the soon to open Payne’s Valley designed by Tiger Woods.
